Thank you for shopping with StitchFetti! Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.
Processing Time
Every StitchFetti frame is made with care, so please allow 1–2 weeks for processing before your order ships. This time allows us to carefully prepare and finish each piece by hand. During busy seasons, holidays, or sales, processing may occasionally run a little longer — if that happens, we'll do our best to keep you updated.

Please note: shipping times begin after your order has been processed (1–2 weeks), not from the date you place your order. Delivery times provided by the carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed. StitchFetti is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey home.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order or shipping total.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us at stitchfetti@gmail.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, and we'll work with you to make it right.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. StitchFetti is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at stitchfetti@gmail.com— we'll do our best to update it before it ships.
